wholesale application.
Shipping to wholesale clients is through UPS, with delivery
confirmation and insurance. All shipping paid by the client.
Wholesale orders are made as special orders and are not
returnable. No refunds will be made.
Please contact us for additional wholesale information. Your

Payment:
We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express through
PayPal. We also accept checks and money orders.
All information is
transmitted securely and confidentially. We will not sell or otherwise give any information obtained
through our site or orders to third parties.
Most orders
are shipped via UPS ground or by United States Postal Service -
Priority Mail within 48-72 Business Day hours. Faster service is
available upon request. We will always purchase Delivery
Confirmation and we will email you, your order's tracking number.
We will charge you actual shipping costs only.
Please go
to the USPS/UPS postage web page (outgoing zip code of 21643) to
get an idea of what your shipping charges may be. We will also
ship UPS, so if you have a preference please state in the comments
section of your order.
We accept all
returns for merchandise that is damaged upon receipt and
inspection, provided that we are contacted within 3 days of
receipt. The returned items must be in the original packaging.
Shipping is not refundable nor is it paid by us for returns.
You must call or email first and receive
an authorization code before returning your product. Only returns
with authorization will be refunded or replaced.
We want you to be completely satisfied with any and all products
that you purchase from The Soap Garden Boutique. We also have to
be wise in our business practices while being fair to our
customers. Refunds are processed once we have received and
inspected the merchandise. We will then credit your PayPal account
or issue you a check. We reserve the right to offer a store credit
rather than extend a refund in certain situations. However,
because our products are for personal skincare use, we cannot
re-use a product that has been returned. A Restocking Fee for 22%
is charged for any canceled items after 24 hours. Also, for
returned checks or Credit Card denial. This percent has been based
on the salability of the product after return, shipping and
handling costs and processing fees incurred by our company. This
is standard in the industry. There is a $30.00 Returned check Fee
for all checks that are returned through the bank.
You may Fax, Mail or place an Order by Phone. If you choose to pay
by check or money order, you'll receive an email invoice from us.
Please allow time for your check to arrive and be paid through the
bank. When you get the invoice, please send your check or money
